The Newcastle United midfielder was the culprit again on Sunday as he needlessly stamped on Tottenham’s Dele Alli to earn himself a red card.

Jonjo Shelvey has revealed that he has been seeing a psychologist 

Reduced to ten men, the Magpies went on to lose 2-0 to Spurs at St. James’ Park.
Shelvey, who was named captain of the club by Rafa Benitez, was hammered by supporters and pundits for his actions.
But he has revealed to the Daily Mail that he has been getting professional help for his temper problems since being given his marching orders at Nottingham Forest last season.
Shelvey said: “Look, sometimes I just need to reign in it in on the football pitch.
“I need to just shut up and stuff. I need to not get involved and walk away.
“I started to see a psychologist last year to work on the mental side of things.
